Michelle Faber is the Founder of Little Yogis. She is a registered yoga teacher certified to teach both children's and adult yoga. As a young adult, she learned to optimize her mental health through yoga and mindfulness, and when she saw signs of anxiety in her son, she began sharing her favourite practices with him. Seeing how much his emotional control and overall happiness improved inspired Michelle to create a company that would help other children in the same way, and in 2019 she founded Little Yogis.

Michelle's greatest motivation is making the world a better place by teaching younger generations to embrace the resilience, strength, kindness, and compassion that yoga encourages. In doing so, she hopes to showcase the benefits that yoga and mindfulness can have on people of all ages.

Michelle is available for public speaking engagements, workshops, on air promotions, and events
