Hi there! I'm Michelle, a certified children's yoga teacher. I have been personally practicing yoga for over 20 years and upon becoming a mother to two little boys, I realized how beneficial yoga and mindfulness can be to busy little minds. I make yoga fun for children by using creative stories and songs along with the poses.
When I look at kids today, I see an incredible amount of stress caused by the busy world around them. I believe that yoga holds the magic that will allow them to be healthy in mind, body, and spirit, and to believe in themselves above all else.
Michelle is available for public speaking engagements, workshops, on air promotions, and events

Madison began her yoga journey 8 years ago during her Bachelor of Music degree, with a Youtube video and her mat. She came to the practice with hopes that it would relieve some anxiety and help with her breath management as a singer. After a few months as an introverted yogi, she found a local studio in London, and fell absolutely in love. The physical, mental, and spiritual benefits were undeniable. This regular yoga practice drastically enhanced her singing, and her general well being. In 2016 she became a certified yoga teacher, and since then has been teaching around Toronto alongside her musical career. In 2017, Madison co-founded “Midtown Music & Yoga Camp” which has been steadily growing each year. This past March, Madison was in India completing another yoga teacher training in Rishikesh from Shiva Yoga Peeth. She loves music and yoga equally, and recognizes the benefits a regular yoga practice can have for singers.
